Returns Policy

We want our customers to be happy with their purchase of ABI products. If you are not completely satisfied we will do our very best to accommodate a replacement product or credit refund.

General Returns

You are welcome to exchange any unwanted products free of charge, provided that:

  • We offer 30 day returns/exchanges, and 14 day refunds for any product purchased online.
  • Where applicable, the product must be in its original packaging with all seals intact as at the point of delivery.
  • The goods are unused and undamaged.
  • All returned goods are inspected to ensure that they are undamaged, unused and in the original packaging.
  • ABI reserves the right to refuse a return if the product shows signs of use, has been damaged or is not in the original packaging.


Warranty Terms & Conditions

Defective products can be lodged through the ‘Contact Us’ tab on our website.

Should a product be defective we are happy to assess the defect and exchange the defective product.

ABI reserves the right to exchange based on a physical inspection of the defective product.

A product defect specifically excludes damage arising from the following:

  • Damage arising from normal wear and tear,
  • Damage arising from any alterations to the product,
  • Damage arising from negligence, incorrect use or abuse of the product,·  
  • Damage arising from inadequate care that could reasonably be expected.

You must accept all the terms of this policy when you order our goods or request our services. If you do not agree with anything in this policy, then you may not order our goods or request our services.

Legal Capacity

You may not access our website or order our goods or request our services if you are younger than 18 years old or do not have legal capacity to conclude legally binding contracts.

By accepting this policy, you are deemed to have read, understood, accepted, and agreed to be bound by all of its terms.

Our hosting company will host our website in a secure server environment that uses a firewall and other advanced security measures to prevent interference or access from outside intruders. We authorize access to personal information only for those employees who require it to fulfil their job responsibilities. 

We will try to keep the personal information we collect as accurate, complete and up to date as is necessary for the purposes defined in this policy. From time to time the business may request you to update your personal information on the website. You are able to review or update any personal information that we hold on you by emailing us.
